Food Hall signs ‘Golden Hour’ director
Louise Palmberg to roster
Food Hall is pleased to announce that we've signed director Louise Palmberg for UK and European representation.
Louise Palmberg is a Brooklyn-based Swede, whose work strives to tell real, human stories.
Working with beautiful colours, textures and compositions, her visual work echoes a documentary look with a retro vibe that will make you feel like every hour is golden hour and every mouthful will taste better than the last.
She galvanises the world of food and drink into life through resounding sensory experiences, where each photographic moment is immersive, sharing with you both a smile and a bite.
Louise has always found her happy place in food and she stumbles across it no matter where she goes. Her passion for food, eating and cooking was unlocked from a young age as she grew up with both parents working in the restaurant industry.
At the age of 18 she moved to the States, taking with her, not only her passion for food, but also the desire to expand her knowledge and ardour for photography and world cuisine. Louise savours how her job fulfils her own wanderlust and offers her the opportunity to travel around the globe, trying different cuisines from all different cultures.
"I am so excited to join the welcoming family of Food Hall. I was born and raised in Sweden, but have been working in New York for the last decade splitting my time evenly between stills and motion. I grew up with parents in the restaurant industry, and first set foot in a commercial kitchen when I was 12. Therefore it seems like an ideal match to join a roster exclusively focusing on food and drink, which are truly my favourite subjects even outside of work. I even have a garlic tattoo!"
Louise Palmberg
“Louise is an exciting new addition to the Food Hall roster. Her passion for both food, decisiveness and true professionalism really shines through with both clients and teams, Louise takes it all in her stride, so with her easy charm, she is great for the agency and we’re all extremely delighted to work alongside her, to further develop her skills and opportunities with brands and agencies.”

Last month, Louise was in London directing her first digital social films with Food Hall for the release of Baileys Autumn selection. Click on the film above for the first recipe film and keep an eye out on both social and the website for the next instalment.
