Parla brings together the spirit of great conversation with the joy of pizza. Taking its name from Italian to talk, Parla speaks to the New York City roots and their passion for simple Italian cooking. Both square and round pizzas are the anchor of the menu, along with pastas, veggies, and shareable plates by Executive Chef Brian Ellis. The bar specializes in espresso, wine, and cocktails using a curated selection of amari and vermouth.
